Growing up in the heart of South Texas, John was immersed in the ranching lifestyle from a young age. Whether he was hunting, working cattle or habitat improvement and ranch maintenance, John developed a profound respect for the outdoors and an unwavering passion for stewardship. After graduating from Freer High School, he attended Sam Houston State University and Texas A&M University, focusing his studies on agriculture and ranch management. These experiences not only strengthened his connection to the land but prepared him to bring a modern perspective to his family’s time-honored traditions.
Returning home to join his family in the ranching business as well as business ventures in Oilfield Construction and Mineral Management was a natural decision. As an avid bowhunter and cow/calf operator, John found deep satisfaction in working the land and caring for livestock and wildlife. For John, this work is more than a career, it’s a way of life that keeps him connected to his roots and allows him to share these values with family. His love of wildlife and livestock management is fueled by the pride of knowing he is contributing to something much larger than himself.
Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2005, The combination of the knowledge handed down from generations of Land Ownership and Stewardship as well as years of experience in Oilfield Construction and Mineral Management has uniquely qualify him to represent Buyers or Sellers of any Ranch Deal.
